About Temperature and Noise:
• The Xbox One power brick fan automatically starts when you press the power button to start your console.
• Typically, the fan makes a “whirring” noise.
• When your console is in energy-saving mode, or when it’s disconnected from the Xbox One Power Brick, the fan doesn’t operate.
• If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the Xbox One Adapter is still on and the fan will spin.
